Shipping policy

POSTAGE IN AUSTRALIA 

Lonvitalite uses couriers to deliver all packages. All orders include tracking which will be sent by email upon dispatch of your order so you can conveniently check the delivery status of your order.

Please note if give authority to leave instructions Lonvitalite is not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE 

USA and Canadian orders are shipped directly from the USA using USPS, UPS and Canada Post.

For all other countries Lonvitalite charge a flat rate of AUD AU $9.95 through Australia Post.

Timelines depend on recipients country but usually between 4-30 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – Customs Fees

Some countries may charge customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control.

We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.

By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. “merchandise” or “gift”) and the value of each parcel accurately.
